Leveled Up Traders offers full refunds for any account prior to initiating any trades. There is no time limit for refund eligibility, meaning if no trades have been placed, you qualify for a refund. To request a refund if no trades have been initiated, please contact our Chat Support for assistance. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process, with an additional 2-4 business days for the funds to reach your bank account or crypto wallet.
Refunds upon challenge completion
Upon successful completion of a challenge with our firm and advancement to the funded phase, you will receive a refund of the initial sign-up fee along with your first withdrawal. Please note, the sign-up fee will be refunded once you have generated sufficient profits that meet the withdrawal request criteria.
Dispute policy
