Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process, with an additional 2-4 business days for the funds to reach your bank account or crypto wallet.
Refunds upon challenge completion
Upon successful completion of a challenge with our firm and advancement to the funded phase, you will receive a refund of the initial sign-up fee along with your first withdrawal. Please note, the sign-up fee will be refunded once you have generated sufficient profits that meet the withdrawal request criteria.
Dispute policy
